Our Zero-Defects Process
At Vyn-All®,
every Cover LOGIX safety cover we produce is strictly supervised by our
Quality Assurance Team. We inspect every safety cover at each stage of
production to guarantee that every safety cover is structurally sound,
flawlessly constructed and made to your pool's exact specifications.
Made Better To Be Safer.
- Your pool builder sends Vyn-All your exact pool dimensions and your choice of cover material.
- Depending
on the complexity of the pool shape, we either accept the
dimensions or will create a scale model of your pool for approval by
your pool builder. This extra step of creating a scale model ensures
that we know exactly what you and your pool builder requires.
- The material is then laid out a conveyor-fed vacuum cutting table where powerful
vacuum pumps pull air through thousands of small holes in the cutting
table surface. This locks down the material absolutely flat and
ensures there is no slipping or wrinkling of the material while being cut.
- A computer-controlled cutting tool slowly slices through the material, maintaining tolerances within a fraction of an inch.
- Once
the material is cut to the exact shape of your pool, 3-needle, long-arm
sewing machines start attaching the nylon webbing using
special 10 yr rate Black core UV inhibiting, bonded thread.
- Triple
stitching is used on all the webbing and seams. All seams are
sandwiched between two layers of webbing (top &
bottom) creating the strongest seam strength in the industry. And box
tack reinforced stitching is used at all perimeter strap intersection
points. This gives the cover an incredible amount of tensile strength,
allowing it to remain flat and taut even under the most extreme
circumstances.
Once the cover passes its final inspection, it is carefully boxed and sent to your location.
